SSO-TEG axle counting system is intended for use at stations as part of electrical interlocking devices for switches and light signals (electrical interlocking), as well as computer based interlocking devices (CBI), as a means of monitoring the vacancy of station tracks and switch sections by method pf axle counting of rolling stock axles (monitoring and indicating vacancy/occupancy status of track sections), and for determining direction of movement.
